- Registration information must be complete and accurate.
- Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal.
- Users are responsible for all activities under their account.
- Report any suspicious access to customer support immediately.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on the 10800 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users must ensure deposited funds come from legitimate sources and are not linked to criminal activity. The platform reserves the right to request proof of funds if suspicious activity is detected.

For account closures not caused by user violations, any valid remaining balance will be refunded to the user within a reasonable timeframe.
